Welcome!

Please bear with me as it has been a long day! It has come to my attention that the Botanic Gardens nursery is the latest southport victim of the Government's slash and burn agenda. Clearly everyone in southport knows the nursery and it provides local jobs. It is totally shocking that a man who has given so many years in service to this town can be callously cast out into unemployment only a few years before retirement. This is not an attack we should accept. Please contact me with any help or information about this since I am not fully aware of what is happenig with regards to this issue and I will look into it more tomorrow.

My main agenda this week is to set a date and find a venue for a meeting. I am going to do more on this in the morning but details will be posted about a date and venue for this ASAP. Hopefully I will be able to convince many people to get involved myself but that is also your job too. The more people get behind this movement the more we can do.

My plan is to eventually affiliate to an organisation called the Coalition of Resistance. I will post more details about this soon and a write up of my experiences at their national organising conference over the weekend but for now here is a link to their website: www.coalitionofresistance.org.uk

Thank you!
